COVID-19 ‘Amplified’ Shift Towards Plant-Based Diets

Si King, aka one half of The Hairy Bikers, say COVID-19 has ‘amplified’ the shift towards plant-based eating. 

The T.V chef, alongside cooking partner David Myers, made the statement in a recent interview with iNews.

‘Mass-produced factory stuff’

 “I’ve tried to be more conscious of the food I eat for a long time,” King said. “I’ve moved naturally to a more plant-based diet anyway. But I think the pandemic has amplified the shift.
