To make this dish, heat oil in a pan and add curry leaves, hing, some spices and split peanuts to it. Mix everything well and switch off the flame. Once cooled, mix everything again with hands. Then toast the buns in butter in the same skillet, spread some green chutney and add the peanut stuffing in the middle.
