Joanna Gaines Is Going To Star In A New ‘Magnolia Table’ Show

Joanna Gaines is no stranger to the small screen, but it’s so great to hear she’ll be returning for a new series called Magnolia Table that will premiere next month. The show will be available for streaming starting January 4 on the forthcoming new Discovery+ platform.

Magnolia Table will give viewers a candid look into the Gaines family’s lives, their go-to recipes and family traditions, and stories about how their favorite dishes came to be. Joanna shared a short trailer to her Instagram page that includes sneak peeks of what is to come on the show, including a preview for an episode where she cooks with one of her daughters on camera.

In the video, she also gives the very solid advice: “I think if your kitchen is not messy, you’re not having fun.” Which is so true and is an excuse for me to make a mess next time I cook. The preview also said that one episode will be entirely dedicated to biscuits and what you can cook with them which sounds…exactly like the way 2021 should be started.

The new Discovery+ streaming service will be out the same day and will feature a number of your favorite cooking shows from channels like HGTV, Food Network, and TLC. Joanna and her husband Chip’s show Fixer Upper: Welcome Home will also be available on the service, so it looks like you should pencil in a Joanna Gaines-themed binge-watching night in the upcoming new year. I’ll bring the biscuits!
