Beer Bones BBQ Food Trailer and Catering is a new food truck you’ll be seeing around Evansville. Based in Mt. Carmel, the Beer Bones truck will be heading our way occasionally with handcrafted smoked sausage, smoked wings, pork loin, bologna, pork shoulder, brisket and more with all the homemade sides from freshly baked sweet heat cornbread to sweet corn to collard greens and an assortment of sauces. Gangnam Korean BBQ will be hosting a sushi rolling class on Sunday, May 23, from 3-5 p.m. Participants will learn to cook and season sushi rice, and how to roll, cut and eat sushi. Students make and eat two of their own rolls and get one from the menu. All food and equipment is provided. Price is $30 per person.

The Rock-A-Burger food truck will be there with big creative burgers to keep your hunger in check during all the fun.
