Vegan chef and viral sensation Tabitha Brown shared her vegan chili recipe with Vogue. With Fall approaching, chili is just what we need while staying inside safe from the coronavirus.
“2020 has been something else ain’t it?” she says in the video. Tabitha’s chili uses three types of beans and substitutes pecans for meat! Her chili recipe uses kidney beans, black beans, and baked beans.
Brown is her positive, optimistic self in the video as she shares how to add spices, peppers, and tomatoes to her meal. No vegan chili is complete without vegan cheddar cheese and chives. As Brown shares in her video, “As the world starts to feel a little bit heavy, I hope that making a little bowl of chili can make it a little bit lighter. Let’s focus on the positive.”
